Service Process
- Complete Empty of the waste tank using our fully equipped, purpose built vacuum truck
- Odour neutralising sachet to the waste tank & activate
- Refill or top up the fresh water for hand-washing & flushing
- Restock all consumables including Soap & Toilet Paper
- Run a maintenance check over the toilet to ensure it’s running at 100% capacity
- Wash walls, floor & seat and dry the interior of the toilet
- Lightly fragrance the toilet to leave it fresh
- Update the Service Record sticker to confirm completion

Delivery & Collection Process
- Delivery is typically a Friday & Collection is on a Monday for weekend events
- If your event is mid-week, we will deliver the day prior & collect the following day
- Our Toilets are delivered on Crane Truck vehicles or via a Ute, if required
- The dimensions of a toilet are approximately 1.2m (w) x 1.2m (w) x 2.3m (h) and weigh approximately 100kg
- If you require Toilet delivery to a Park or any Council Owned Land, you may need a permit to allow additional facilities on-site

How do I know how many portaloos to hire for my event?
A common starting point is one unit per 50 attendees for events of a few hours. For full-day or multi-day events, more units are recommended. Our team can provide a recommendation based on your specific event size, duration, and site layout.
How often are portable toilets on construction sites serviced?
Most construction site toilets are serviced weekly or fortnightly depending on the number of workers and usage patterns. We offer flexible schedules from daily to monthly, and the team can advise on the right frequency for your site.
What is the delivery and collection process for event hire?
For weekend events, units are delivered on Friday and collected on Monday. Midweek events receive delivery the day prior and collection the day after. Serious uses crane trucks or utes for delivery depending on site access requirements.
