We offer sewer-connected units, wheelchair-accessible options, and high-capacity trailer-mounted toilets with safety steps and stabilising legs.

Our professional servicing keeps everything spotless and ready to use. Each service includes a full waste tank empty using purpose-built vacuum trucks, a fresh water refill, a restock of all consumables, a full clean and dry of the interior, and a light fragrance for freshness. We offer flexible servicing schedules to suit your needs—daily, weekly, monthly or dry hire. For event hires, we deliver before your event and collect after, with clear delivery guidelines and help securing council permits when needed.

Serious Pty Ltd has team of dedicated operators and custom built vehicles to ensure your liquid waste is transported and disposed of responsibly, compliantly and all the compulsory paperwork, including documentation of disposal is provided.

We transport to credited EPA waste treatment disposal facilities where it is either treated and/or recycled to the highest possible environmental standards.

All documentation with Serious Waste is done electronically with monthly reports available at your request.

Service Process
  • Complete Empty of the waste tank using our fully equipped, purpose built vacuum truck
  • Odour neutralising sachet to the waste tank & activate
  • Refill or top up the fresh water for hand-washing & flushing
  • Restock all consumables including Soap & Toilet Paper
  • Run a maintenance check over the toilet to ensure it’s running at 100% capacity
  • Wash walls, floor & seat and dry the interior of the toilet
  • Lightly fragrance the toilet to leave it fresh
  • Update the Service Record sticker to confirm completion

Delivery & Collection Process
  • Delivery is typically a Friday & Collection is on a Monday for weekend events
  • If your event is mid-week, we will deliver the day prior & collect the following day
  • Our Toilets are delivered on Crane Truck vehicles or via a Ute, if required
  • The dimensions of a toilet are approximately 1.2m (w) x 1.2m (w) x 2.3m (h) and weigh approximately 100kg
  • If you require Toilet delivery to a Park or any Council Owned Land, you may need a permit to allow additional facilities on-site
Additional Information

All short-term hires require pre-payment prior to delivery. Our standard delivery area is Gold Coast, Logan & Brisbane Areas for short-term hire.
